92 Recognised orders—registration
(1) On receiving an application under section 91 for registration of a
recognised order, the registrar must register the order unless the
respondent to the order was under 14 years old when the recognised
order was made.
(2) If the registrar registers a recognised order, the registrar must—
(a) give the chief police officer a copy of—
(i) the application for registration; and
(ii) the registered order; and
(b) tell the recognised court, in writing, that the order has been
registered.
