88 Powers of Supreme Court on appeal
On an appeal, the Supreme Court may—
(a) confirm, reverse or amend the decision or order appealed from;
or
(b) make the decision or order that, in all the circumstances, it
considers appropriate, or refuse to make an order; or
(c) set aside the decision or order appealed from, completely or
partly, and remit the proceedings to the Magistrates Court for
further hearing, subject to the directions the Supreme Court
considers appropriate.
