81 Final orders—application for review
(1) This section applies to an application for review of a final order (the
original order).
Note Section 83 also applies to applications for review of consent orders.
(2) The following people may apply to the Magistrates Court for review
of the original order:
(a) the protected person;
(b) if the protected person is not the applicant—the applicant;
(c) with the court’s leave—
(i) the respondent; or
(ii) someone else with sufficient interest in the original order.

(3) Before hearing an application for leave for subsection (2) (c), the
Magistrates Court must—
(a) fix a date and time to hear the application; and
(b) give the people mentioned in subsection (2) written notice of the
date and time.
(4) The Magistrates Court may grant leave under subsection (2) (c) only
if satisfied there has been a change in the circumstances of a party to
the order or it is in the interests of justice to do so.
