76 Amendment of protection orders—who may apply The Magistrates Court may, on application by any of the following people, amend a protection order: (a) the protected person for the order; (b) if the protected person is not the applicant for the order—the applicant; (c) the respondent to the order. Note 1 Amend includes extend or reduce the period for which the protection order remains in force (see dict). Note 2 If a form is approved under the Court Procedures Act 2004, s 8 for an
