75 Litigation guardian—removal
(1) The Magistrates Court may in a proceeding for a protection order, on
application or on its own initiative—
(a) remove the litigation guardian of a person with impaired
decision-making ability in the proceeding; and
(b) order that the proceeding be stayed until someone else has been
appointed as a replacement litigation guardian.
(2) An applicant for an order under subsection (1) must, unless the
Magistrates Court otherwise directs, serve notice of the application
on the person whose removal is sought and on the person with
impaired decision-making ability in the proceeding.
(3) An application under subsection (1) may be made by a party to the
proceeding or anyone else.
