73 Litigation guardian—powers
(1) This section applies if a litigation guardian has been appointed under
section 72 for a person with impaired decision-making ability.
(2) Anything that the person is allowed to do under this Act may be done
by the person’s litigation guardian.
(3) Anything that the person is required to do under this Act must be done
by the person’s litigation guardian.
Note The litigation guardian may not give the person’s evidence for the person
(see Evidence Act 2011, pt 3.2).
