37 Final orders—respondent’s firearms
(1) This section applies if a final order is made against a respondent who
is the holder of a firearms licence.
(2) Unless the Magistrates Court makes an order under subsection (3),
the respondent’s firearms licence is cancelled.
(3) The Magistrates Court may order the non-cancellation of a
respondent’s firearms licence—
(a) if the parties to a consent order agree to the non-cancellation; or
(b) otherwise, only if the court is satisfied that the licence should
not be cancelled.
