36 Interim orders—respondent’s firearms
(1) This section applies if an interim order is made against a respondent
who is the holder of a firearms licence.
(2) Unless the Magistrates Court makes an order under subsection (3),
the respondent’s firearms licence is suspended until the interim order
ends.
(3) The Magistrates Court may order the non-suspension of a
respondent’s firearms licence—
(a) if the parties to a consent order agree to the non-suspension; or
(b) otherwise, only if the court is satisfied that the licence should
not be suspended.
