14 Application forms that require affected person’s address
(1) This section applies if a form approved under the Court Procedures
Act 2004, section 8 for an application for a protection order requires
the affected person’s home or work address to be included in the
application.
(2) The address need not be included in the application.
Note If a party to an application for a protection order is not represented by a
lawyer, any address for service given to the court must not be given to
the other party without the self-represented party’s consent (see s 64D).
(3) For this section, if the affected person is not the applicant, affected
person includes the applicant.
