82 Additional protection in varying or revoking orders (1) Before varying or revoking a personal safety intervention order, the court must decide whether there has been any change in the need to protect another person protected by the order from being subjected to prohibited behaviour or stalking by the respondent for the personal safety intervention order. (2) The court may refuse to vary or revoke the personal safety intervention order, or may vary the order in a way that differs from the variation sought in the application, if the court is satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that it is necessary to do so to ensure the safety of another person protected by the order.
