72 Court may ask Secretary to Department of Human Services for report (1) For the purposes of considering a matter referred to in section 71(2), (3) or (4), the court may ask the Secretary to the Department of Human Services to give the court a report about the options available for the appropriate accommodation, care and supervision of the child if the exclusion condition were included in the personal safety intervention order. (2) If the Secretary receives a request under subsection (1)— (a) the Secretary must give the report to the court in the period ordered by the court or, if no period is ordered, within the prescribed time; and (b) for a request relating to a child under the age of 17 years, section 30 of the **Children,** **Youth and Families Act 2005** applies in relation to the request for the report as if the request were a report received under section 28 of that Act.
