27 Where personal safety intervention order would prevent mediation occurring If— (a) the court gives a mediation direction under section 26(1)(b) or (c); and (b) an existing personal safety intervention order would prevent mediation occurring— the court must vary the conditions of the personal safety intervention order to enable mediation to occur.
