24 Definitions S. 24 def. of *Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria* inserted by No. 79/2014 s. 52. ***Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria*** means the mediation provider known as the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria, declared by Order of the Governor in Council on 7 June 1994 under section 21K of the **Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958** to be a dispute settlement centre; ***mediation assessment certificate*** means a certificate provided by a mediation provider under section 28; ***mediation certificate*** means a certificate provided by a mediation provider under section 30; ***return date*** means any date on which a proceeding is listed before the court.
