22 Application by affidavit or certified if warrant to issue If the applicant for a personal safety intervention order seeks a warrant to issue in the first instance for the arrest of the respondent— S. 22(a) amended by No. 6/2018 s. 68(Sch. 2 item 93.4). (a) the application for the warrant must be in writing and be made by affidavit or be certified; and (b) the application for the personal safety intervention order and the warrant must be in the same document and contain the prescribed particulars.
