199 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Miscellaneous Amendment Act 2018 Section 130A as amended by section 63 of the **Justice Legislation Miscellaneous Amendment Act 2018** applies to a personal safety intervention order that has effect on or after the commencement of section 63 of that Act, irrespective of when the order was made.
