193 Acts committed before commencement day relevant In deciding whether to make a personal safety intervention order, the court may take into account behaviour that— (a) was committed by the respondent before the commencement day; and (b) if it were committed by the respondent after the commencement day, would be prohibited behaviour or stalking within the meaning of this Act.
