174 Service of personal safety intervention orders If the court makes, varies, extends or revokes a personal safety intervention order, the appropriate registrar for the court must— (a) arrange for the order to be drawn up and filed in the court; and (b) serve a copy of the order on the respondent; and (c) give a copy of the order to the following persons— (i) the Chief Commissioner of Police; (ii) each party to the proceeding; (iii) if the protected person is a child and the application was made with the consent of the child's parent, that parent; (iv) if the protected person has a guardian, the guardian; (v) the officer in charge of the police station closest to the place of residence of the protected person.
