154 Notice of proposed variation, extension or revocation of corresponding interstate order (1) A registered corresponding interstate order is not to be varied or extended, or the registration of the order revoked, under this Division on the application of a person, other than the person against whom it was made, unless notice of the application has been served on the person against whom it was made. (2) A registered corresponding interstate order is not to be varied, or the registration of the order revoked, on the application of the person against whom it was made unless notice of the application has been served on the person for whose protection the order was made.
