148 Explanation of determination (1) If the court makes a determination under section 136(2)(b), the court must explain to the respondent and affected person— (a) the effect of the determination; and (b) if there is an interim order in force, the effect of the determination on the interim order. (2) A failure by the court to explain a determination in accordance with this section does not affect the validity of the determination.
