144 Determination made on application to revoke existing interim family violence intervention order If the court has made a determination under section 136(2)(b) at a hearing or a mention date for an application to revoke an interim family violence intervention order, the court— (b) may make an interim personal safety intervention order if there are grounds for making the order under section 35, having regard to the application for revocation of the interim family violence intervention order.
