126 Application of Magistrates' Court Act 1989 and rules (1) Part 5 (other than sections 100(1)(d) and 109) of the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989** and any rules made under that Act in relation to civil proceedings (other than rules made for the purposes of section 109 of that Act) do not apply to proceedings under this Act. S. 126(2) inserted by No. 52/2013 s. 77. (2) Despite subsection (1), for the purposes of enforcement of an order for costs made under section 111— (a) Division 5 of Part 5 of the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989** and any rules made for the purposes of that Division apply in respect of the order; and (b) any rules made under that Act relating to, or necessary for, proceedings for enforcement of a costs order apply for the purposes of proceedings for enforcement of the order under that Division.
