124 Exception to restriction on publication (1) To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 123 does not apply to— (a) a person publishing, or causing the publication of, a report about the proceeding or the order if the publication does not identify the locality of a court or particulars likely to identify a venue of a court, or particulars of a person; or S. 124(1)(b) substituted by No. 42/2014 s. 135. (b) the publication under section 85 of the **Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014** by the Attorney-General of a copy of an order that relates to an application or a proceeding under this Act. S. 124(2) inserted by No. 23/2017 s. 42. (2) Section 123(2) does not prevent a disclosure that is made for the purposes of Part 5A of the **Family Violence Protection Act 2008** by an information sharing entity (within the meaning of that Act). S. 124(3) inserted by No. 11/2018 s. 38. (3) Section 123(2) does not prevent a disclosure that is made for the purposes of Part 6A of the **Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005** by an information sharing entity or a restricted information sharing entity (within the meaning of that Act).
