109 Applicant who is police officer may be represented by another police officer If a police officer is, in the police officer's professional capacity, a party to a proceeding under this Act, the police officer may be represented by— (a) another police officer; or (b) another person nominated by the Chief Commissioner of Police. Note to s. 109 substituted by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 123.2). See Division 8 of Part 4 of the **Victoria Police Act 2013** which provides for immunity for police officers in certain circumstances in relation to acts done or omitted to be done in the course of the member's duty.
