103 Jurisdiction of courts if affected person, protected person or respondent is a child (1) If the affected person, the protected person or the respondent is a child at the time the application is made, the Family Division of the Children's Court and the Magistrates' Court each have jurisdiction under this Act with respect to the application. (2) However, if the respondent is a child the application should, if practicable, be dealt with by the Children's Court.
