#### 90 Certificate of mediation outcome 90 Certificate of mediation outcome > If a defendant lodges a response to an application for mediation of a claim under rule 88 that indicates that the defendant will decline to participate in mediation, on the grounds that the defendant wholly disputes liability for the claim, the President may issue a certificate to that effect.
