#### 68 Schedule of earnings 68 Schedule of earnings > > (1) If the amount of weekly compensation or statutory benefits is in dispute, a party must include in an application in Commission proceedings a schedule of earnings containing full particulars of the amount claimed. > > > (2) If a party wishes to dispute the accuracy of a matter in the schedule of earnings, the party must lodge and serve on the other parties a schedule of earnings containing full particulars of the party’s allegations of the earnings. > > > (3) The schedule of earnings is to be lodged and served with the first document lodged and served by the party in the proceedings, in addition to the documents that must be lodged and served under Division 7.2. > > > (4) A matter not disputed by a party under subrule (2) is taken to be admitted by the party. > > **rule 68:** Am 2024 (587), Sch 1\[1\]; 2025 (708), Sch 1\[1\].
