#### 66 Application to commence applicable proceedings 66 Application to commence applicable proceedings > > (1) Applicable proceedings may be commenced by lodging an application for the proceedings concerned in the approved form. > > > (2) The application must— > > > > > (a) set out, or be accompanied by, the particulars and information required by the approved form relevant to the resolution of the real issues in the proceedings, and > > > > > (b) be lodged within the period specified by enabling legislation or these Rules for applications of the kind concerned, and > > > > > (c) comply with other procedural requirements for the application. > > > (3) The President may refuse to accept an application that does not comply with a requirement of this Part.
