#### 54 Exemption from production 54 Exemption from production > The President may direct that a producer is not required to comply with a direction for production, or is required to comply only with part of it, if complying with the direction would pose a serious risk to the safety, health or wellbeing of a party to the proceedings or a person affected by the proceedings.
