#### 52 Inspection and return of produced documents 52 Inspection and return of produced documents > > (1) A party to proceedings, or the party’s legal representative or agent, may, subject to these Rules and the terms of the access order made or varied by the President— > > > > > (a) inspect documents produced in compliance with a direction for production, and > > > > > (b) make copies of the documents inspected. > > > (2) The President may give directions concerning the removal from or return to the Commission of documents produced in compliance with a direction for production. > > > (3) Unless the President orders differently, original documents produced to the Commission may be returned to the producer, and copies returned to the producer if requested or otherwise destroyed, 60 days after the date of expiry of the access period for the documents.
