#### 45 Production of Commission record of proceedings 45 Production of Commission record of proceedings > > (1) A party to proceedings (the first proceedings) may make a written request that the President produce the Commission’s record of other proceedings for either or both of the following— > > > > > (a) inspection by the party, or > > > > > (b) use as evidence in the first proceedings. > > > (2) The President must comply with a request unless the President is of the opinion that the request is unreasonable. > > > (3) This Division, except for this rule, does not apply to the production of records of or by the Commission.
