133D Restriction of disclosures about certain decisions
> > (1) An application under the PIC Act, section 58A(2)(a) for a relevant order must be in writing to the President.
>
> > (2) The party that makes the application must ensure each other party to the proceedings is served with the application.
>
> > (3) If a party wishes to respond to the application, the response must be lodged in writing with the President within 3 working days after the party is served with the application.
>
> > (4) In deciding an application for a relevant order, the President must consider—

> > > (a) the application, and

> > > (b) each written response to the application from a party, and
> >
> > > (c) whether the parties consent to the relevant order, and
> >
> > > (d) other matters the President considers appropriate.
