#### 126 Non-compliance with procedural requirements 126 Non-compliance with procedural requirements > > (1) The President may, as an alternative to refusing to accept, seal, issue or register a document for use in a workers compensation dispute appeal, give a direction to a party to rectify non-compliance with procedural requirements for the appeal. > > > (2) The appeal is not to proceed further until the President is satisfied the appeal is procedurally compliant.
