#### 119 Application of Division 119 Application of Division > > (1) This Division applies in relation to a referral to the Commission constituted by the President under section 351 of the 1998 Act (a workers compensation question of law referral) of a question of law in Commission proceedings before a non-presidential member. > > > (2) A workers compensation question of law referral may be made only if a certificate of determination has not been issued for the Commission proceedings before the non-presidential member.
