96 Termination of appointment The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Chairperson, terminate the appointment of a member of the Tribunal appointed under section 93(2)(b) or (5)(a), or for the purpose of a reference under section 114(3) or under section 28A(3) of the Lands Acquisition Act 1978 for inefficiency, misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity or when, because of illness, absence from the Territory or any other reason the member is unable conveniently to perform the duties of his or her office.
