94 Term of office A member of the Tribunal appointed under section 93(2)(b) or (5)(a), or for the purpose of a reference under section 113(3), or under section 28A(3) of the Lands Acquisition Act 1978, holds office as a member until the Tribunal makes its recommendation on the relevant application or reference to the Minister in accordance with section 108 or 114(5) or until the member sooner resigns his or her office as a member, his or her appointment is terminated or he or she acquires an interest of a kind referred to in section 93(6) but, subject to this Part, he or she is eligible to be re-appointed as a member of the Tribunal.
