91J Clearing period (1) The Board may determine that the clearing of land, in relation to a clearing permit: (a) must be completed within a specified period; or (b) is permitted to be completed in specified stages. (2) If the Board determines that the clearing is permitted in stages, the Board may also specify conditions to be satisfied at the conclusion of a stage.
