91G Public notice of application (1) Before making a decision on an application for a clearing permit, the Board must give public notice of the application. (2) The Board may determine the manner in which the public notice is (3) The notice must: (a) give details of the application; and Pastoral Land Act 1992 72 (b) be in the form approved by the Board; and (c) invite any person who is interested in doing so to make written submissions to the Board about the application within the time specified in the notice (which must be not less than 14 days after the date the notice is first published).
