91C Clearing of land
(b) the conduct results in clearing pastoral land and the person is
reckless in relation to that result; and
(c) the clearing was not:
(i) conducted in accordance with a clearing permit; or
(ii) permitted under section 38(1)(k) or (2)(f) or 91D.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units.
(2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(c).
