86 Application for non-pastoral use permit (1) A pastoral lessee who wishes to use all or part of the land the subject of a pastoral lease for a non-pastoral purpose may, in the form the Board requires, apply to the Board for a non-pastoral use permit. Note for subsection (1) Section 87 sets out matters the Board must consider in relation to applications. (2) Before considering an application under subsection (1) the Board may request from the applicant such additional information relating to the proposed use as it thinks fit and may defer its consideration until the information is provided.
