85A Non-pastoral use permit (1) The Board may, on application by a pastoral lessee under section 86(1), grant the lessee a non-pastoral use permit to use all or part of the land the subject of the lessee's pastoral lease for a purpose that is not a pastoral purpose (a non-pastoral purpose). (2) The Board may issue guidelines for pastoral lessees in relation to the processes of application for a non-pastoral use permit and the determination of the application.
