63 Applications under section 62 involving subdivision Where an application under section 62 proposes that part only of the land comprising an existing pastoral lease be granted as a perpetual pastoral lease, the Minister shall treat the application as both an application under that section and under section 61 and the Board shall consider the application referred to it and make its recommendations to the Minister, and the Minister may exercise his or her powers in such order as the Minister thinks fit, accordingly.
