58 Release of lessee in case of hardship Where it is shown to the satisfaction of the Minister that the payment of the full amount of rent under a pastoral lease will result in the pastoral lessee suffering serious hardship, the Minister may remit or postpone the whole or a portion of the rent for such period, and on such conditions, as the Minister thinks fit.
