27 Protection of legal practitioners, witnesses, &c. (1) A legal practitioner or agent appearing before the Board has the same protection and immunity as a legal practitioner has in appearing for a party in proceedings in the Supreme Court. (2) A witness summoned to attend or appearing before the Board has the same protection as a witness in proceedings in the Supreme Court.
