134 Aboriginal community living areas The continuation in existence of the Community Living Areas Tribunal by section 93 shall be taken to be a continuation of all appointments, the effect of things done and matters in process immediately before the commencement of this Act under Part IV of the Crown Lands Act 1992 as then in force, including the rights, obligations and status of applicants (and persons for whose benefit applications were made) and other parties under that Act, and
