13 Qualification for membership of Board In appointing members of the Board the Minister shall ensure that: (a) 2 persons who have experience as pastoralists are included; and (b) as far as practicable, the members collectively have expertise or experience that, in the opinion of the Minister, is relevant to their role as members.
