124 Certain debts a charge on pastoral land
(1) An amount due and payable under section 42, 59 or 76(5) is an
overriding statutory charge, within the meaning of the Land Title
Act 2000, on the pastoral land to which it relates.
(2) In subsection (1) amount includes the interest, if any, accrued on
the amount as prescribed.
