123 Effect of notice forfeiting lease (1) A notice published in the Gazette in pursuance of section 35(10) or 40(6) forfeiting a lease: (a) has the same effect as a re-entry and recovery of possession by or on behalf of the Territory; and (b) is conclusive evidence that the lease to which the notice relates has been forfeited. (2) The Minister shall lodge with the Registrar-General a copy of each notice of the forfeiture of a lease referred to in subsection (1).
