110 Discretion of Minister in relation to recommendations (1) The Minister shall, within 28 days after receiving it (and having regard to such matters as the Minister thinks fit but in any event having regard to the Tribunal's comment on the matters referred to in section 109(1)(b)(ix)), accept in whole or in part the recommendation made under section 108(1) or section 109(1), or reject it. Division 4 Formation of association and acquisition of land Pastoral Land Act 1992 95 (2) As soon as practicable, but not later than 28 days, after making a decision under subsection (1), the Minister shall, by notice in writing to the parties to the application as a result of which the recommendation of the Tribunal was made and such other persons as the Minister thinks fit, advise them of the decision and his or her reasons for the decision.
