107 Tribunal may require compulsory conference (1) The Tribunal may, by notice in writing to the parties to an application, require them to attend a compulsory conference before the Tribunal or a person nominated by the Tribunal and at a time and place specified in the notice, to discuss the application with a view to resolving the differences of the parties in relation to it. (2) If a party refuses or fails to attend a conference in accordance with a notice under subsection (1), the Tribunal may: (a) if the party is the applicant – refuse to consider the application further until the party attends such a conference; or (b) if the party is not the applicant – proceed to consider the application and make such recommendations as it thinks fit.
