5 Appointment and procedure of trustees
(1) The Trust consists of the following members—
(a) the Chief Executive,
(b) the 7 appointed members of the Board of the Greater Sydney Parklands Trust.
(2) Schedule 2 has effect with respect to the trustees.
(3) Schedule 3 has effect with respect to the procedure of the Trust.
